Be patient in tribulation,
Be constant in prayer.
Romans 12:12

Tribulation – noun – distress or suffering resulting from oppression or persecution

So whether life brings you distress called Monday, widowhood, divorce, or any other numerous tribulations, remember Romans 12:12.
Then go buy yourself some chocolate.
