Welcome to the first Sunday in March. Can you believe it is March already? How is your 2017?
This weeks verse was hard for me to write about.
So here are my thoughts.
Prayer is the best and least used tool in a Christian’s arsenal.
You are righteous in God’s eye’s because of you accepted what Christ did for you. So confess your sins, make amends with one another and pray for people because your fellow humans need your powerful and effective prayers.
God bless you and may He work this verse powerfully in your life this week.
Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
We are now up to chapter 16 in Don McMinn’s book “Love one another, 20 practical lessons.” The Bible verse for today is from James 5:16
Confess your sins to each other
I claim to be a simple individual liable to err like any other fellow mortal. I own, however, that I have humility enough to confess my errors and to retrace my steps.
Confess your sins to the Lord and you will be forgiven; confess them to man and you will be laughed at.
You know, God will give favor to anyone who will believe Him. Every day you should confess that you have favor everywhere you go. God will begin to open doors that you wouldn’t believe.
Sadly, we do a much better job of making people feel guilty than we do of delivering them from the guilt we create. We need to confess this and change our ways.

Nothing tends more to cement the hearts of Christians than praying together. Never do they love one another so well as when they witness the outpouring of each other’s hearts in prayer.
