Weekend Wisdom To Live By For Summer 2020

HAPPY SUMMER!!!!

Here is a wonderful quote by one of my favorite men – Ralph Waldo Emerson. To all you father’s out there, BE the example of this quote for your kids.

Rommie did not like “wild air” as that meant thunder boomers. She was not very scared of them, but she was not comfortable either.

Now go LIVE this quote! If ever there was a summer where we need to be bravely and fully living Ralph’s words, it is this summer.

52 Bible Verses for a Joy Filled Year – Week 34

Here we are already at Week #34 – 18 weeks left in this year-long series.

It’s August and hot here in Ohio, with very little rain. The weather man said thunderstorms for yesterday and he was right. We had 1 clap of thunder and about 10 minutes of rain. Not enough water to quench anybody’s thirst.

However, coming to Jesus and drinking the living water will quench everyone’s thirst. So drink heartily both God’s word and water this week – one to satisfy your soul’s thirst and the other to satisfy your body in this August heat.

If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

John 7:37
