Wednesday was the 150th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s passing from wounds inflicted by his assassin, John Wilkes Booth the night before.

I intended on doing something this past Tuesday and Wednesday but was too sick to think of anything.

Then I came across this quote on Pinterest and decided to use it as Weekend Wisdom.

 “Sir, my concern is not whether God is on our side; my greatest concern is to be on God’s side, for God is always right.”

For those of you new here, the subjects for “Weekend Wisdom” are from the chapters in Don McMinn’s book “Love one another, 20 practical lessons”, which our small group is studying. Each weekend you will find scripture and several quotes pertaining to the different “love one another’s” found in the Bible.
