With 2 days left in the challenge, here is my update.
Before I get out of bed, I reach for my Kindle to read the scripture for that day. I then start to memorize it and write it down as I am eating oatmeal. I would also focus on the verse in-between calls at work. This strategy worked well. I even felt more peaceful after a few days.

The strategy became to read the verse and focus on the main idea such as:
This strategy also worked. Not only did I focus on the idea at work but also every time I was blowing my nose. I did not feel the peace I felt before getting sick, but at least I was slowly working on getting those thoughts into my head and heart.
The 26 verses are not meant to be memorized in a month, but to be meditated on and applied daily. You can even pick one a month or one a season. It does not matter how you do it, just work on making these verses a part of your life.
Sharon’s A-Z Scripture challenge are at Dare To Be Happy.
I dare you to visit her site and pick just one verse to memorize, meditate on and write down.
Please let me know what verse you chose. You can either leave a comment or fill out the contact form below.
