Here is the final verse and what a beautiful one –

They shall hunger no more, neither thirst anymore…For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

Revelation 7:16-17

52 Bible Verses for a Joy Filled Year – Week 51

Welcome to the next to the last week of 52 Bible Verses for a Joy-Filled Year. This weeks verse pertains to forgiveness, something a lot of us grapple with doing.

Forgiveness is not about the other person, forgiveness is about you. It is about removing ill will from your heart so there is room for God’s blessings. You can not receive His blessings with hatred, evil, and anger clogging up the arteries of your heart.

So forgiveothers…then go live a blessed life.

And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

Mark 11:25

52 Bible Verses for a Joy Filled Year – Week 50

It’s week 50 and we are in the home stretch of this series.

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:19

God does supply all our needs. He recently supplied me with a roof over my head thanks to the bank and I working out an arrangement regarding my mortgage. Now, hopefully,   He keeps that need fulfilled by keeping me employed at my current job. It would be nice if He also supplied a second income.

These pictures were taken 18 months ago. God supplied the birds need for food by having people give them bread. (not sure this is the best diet for them.)

He also supplied the Canadian goose’s need for food with an ample supply of fish in the park’s pond.

So too, will He supply all our needs here in this world and in heaven through Christ Jesus.
