Well, hello there. Sorry it’s been quiet on this blog but I’ve been feeling a little punk the past few days.
Today’s bloganuary prompt is “What irritates you about the home you live in?”
Well, this happens every time we get heavy rain (an inch an hour).
Flooding happens because the storm and sanitary sewer’s can’t hold it so up it comes in my basement. However, I have waterproofing so when the crappy water hits the porous concrete, it does down to the nether regions. All that is left is sludge for the insurance company to clean up.
At least it only happens once every 6 years.
Other than that, I LOVE my house.
