Weekend Wisdom

Weekend Recipe: Cherry, Cherry

Cherry cheesecake tarts were Joe’s favorite dessert.

When my mother-in-law taught me how to make this she stated the mixture had to be beaten EXACTLY 5 minutes, not a second more or less.  Why I do not know.

This used to be made for Christmas Day, but I have not taken it for years. Maybe this I will take these again.

Enjoy.
