This recipe was given to me from a dear friend Beth, who resides in heaven with Joe. She was Joe’s boss when he was a teenager.
The year on the recipe card is 1988.
So in honor of a dear friend who kept my email filled to the rim, here is her recipe.
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of onion
- 1 can cream of celery
- stewing meat depending upon how many people you are serving.
Combine all ingredients. Do not brown meat or dilute soup. Put in a crock pot on low for at least 6-8 hours.
Hopefully this gives you an idea for a quick and easy dinner this holiday season.
