Joyful Life

And A Partridge In A Pear Tree

Just a quickie post to usher out November. It seems like it took a long time getting here. Now it is time to decorate for Christmas.

The new header image is a cross-stitched table runner with a partridge in a pear tree at each end, along with the words stitched at each end.

Not sure but the table runner may have been cross-stitched by my sister. She does beautiful crochet and cross-stitch work.

Just look at the lovely scarf she crocheted for me.

It is 5-10 years old or more and still looks as good as it day I got it.

May you day and your Christmas decorating be filled with lots of handmade love and…a partridge in a pear tree.

P.S. that is an old photo, it is not that cold – yet.
