Here is a partial list of resources for getting through 2022 and beyond, some I’ve just recently stumbled upon.
The Bible: You need this every day of every year, in good times and bad. Numerous versions can be found on Amazon or at the online or physical bookstore of your choice.
Battle Ready, Train Your Mind To Conquer Challenges, Defeat Doubt, and Live Victoriously by Kelly Balarie. I was on Kelly’s book launch team for this book. You can find my review here. Warrior Mind-Set 10 jumped out at me while going through the book after work. It seems very appropriate for our times.

Nuclear War Survival Skills: Lifesaving Nuclear Facts and Self-Help Instructions by Cresson H. Kearny. Never thought I would mention a book about nuclear war on this blog. Temporarily out of stock on Amazon but you can still order and they will ship it to you when it is available. I found a 510 pg PDF by searching “nuclear war survival skills” on Google.
The Survival Medicine Handbook: The Essential Guide for When Help is NOT on the Way 4th Edition – in stock on Amazon. This book is the one most recommended by preppers. It is for when the fecal matter hits the oscillating unit and no help is coming.
Bob and Brad: They are the most famous physical therapists on the internet (in their opinion). Filled with good advice on sleeping positions, hip pain, the best exercise for “bat wings.” (saggy underarm skin), and other “get fit, stay healthy and pain free” advice. I love their camaraderie. (Disclaimer: I am not dispensing any medical advice as that is not my background. I am just sharing a channel I find very interesting.)
The Body Language Guy:– Jesus Enrique Rosas will teach you all about body language. Most videos are of the British Royal Family because they are constantly in the press while other famous people come and go. He also has a free pdf download of his 100+ Body Language Tips. Watching these videos has been very educational. Tip from a live video: in order to be more photogenic in photos – practice your smile as you must be comfortable with it.
Music Channels: I have found various Jazz channels such as Night Paris Jazz, Seaside Jazz, and Bossa Nova Jazz. There is a Jazz Channel for everyone. These play in the background prior to work or during housework.
Hopefully, you find at least one of these resources helpful as you look to learn new things or just escape reality for a while.
