Today is the grandma and grandpa’s wedding anniversary.
There was big wedding, no designer gown, and no lavish reception. They just got married and then went to their home and started married life.
They were God-fearing people who were involved in church in various ways. However, the world stopped at 3 p.m. on weekdays so they could watch General Hospital. Both were fans but grandpa was the bigger fan.
They had some ups and downs but stayed true to their vows for 54 years until grandma’s passing.
Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.
Romans12:10
So Happy Anniversary Grandma and Grandpa! Love and miss you both.
