Weekend Wisdom: Galations

Oh this is verse has been on my mind a LOT lately.

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Galatians 6:9

I think the key words in this verse are “if we do not give up.” When life gets crazy you have to work through the insanity every day. You have to keep going and going and going like the Energizer Bunny. Is it draining, yes. But that is why we lean harder on God through out these trying times.

So with God’s grace keep doing good and lean on God for strength to not give up.

  1. Wonderful encouragement. You made me think of a childhood hymn:

    “Leaning, leaning,
    safe and secure from all alarms;
    leaning, leaning,
    leaning on the everlasting arms.”
