I know it’s been a long time since there was anything other than Weekend Wisdom on this blog. Words that are acceptable for publication on JoyReturns have been lacking. What I have discovered the past couple of weeks is that I am not the only blogger suffering from knowing what to write. All have also blamed the pandemic for their lack of words. It’s nice to know I am not alone.
The biggest change in my everyday life is that I am a part of Holley Gerth’s book launch team for The Powerful Purpose of Introverts. September 15 is the release date for Holley’s book and I was given a free digital copy for being part of the team. As soon as I saw she wrote this book I immediately pre-ordered it, which was maybe back in February or March. Yes, I am an introvert and I have my extrovert moments but love my solitude and deep one-on-one conversations.
Holley has done a lot of scientific research for her book and explains it in layman’s terms.
The first two weekends in September, Weekend Wisdom will feature quotes from The Powerful Purpose of Introverts. There will be a book review on this blog on the release date.
Below is one of the graphics launch team members were given containing a quote from the book.
