Weekend Wisdom: Waiting

It’s Saturday and we are eagerly waiting for tomorrow, so we can celebrate the anniversary of Jesus walking out of the tomb as we are confined to our own houses.

Waiting is not easy. Some are better at it than others. I am not one of those people.

I’ve been waiting for these daffodils around the mailbox to bloom and as of the day I write this post (Wednesday), they still have not fully bloomed. Oh they are working on it and will bloom in their own sweet time.

And so I wait, wait for some yellow daffodils to add some cheer to my mailbox and wait for Easter so I can once again say

Jesus Christ is ris’n today, Alleluia!
