We are living through a historic, turbulent time with chaos all around us thanks to social media.
Frustrated with what is going on?
Me too.
That is why I decided to start a journal. It is nothing fancy, just a notebook from the local office supply store. But in it is where I will vent my frustrations about current affairs. It will make interesting reading for those I leave behind.
After much deliberation I decided my opinions will not appear on JoyReturns and trust me, I have lots of opinions and a lot of pent up frustration. Opinions and frustration happen when you spend 8 years struggling to rebuild a career that pays the bills but $10 – 12 per hour is the best you can find.
So grab a notebook and write down your thoughts. I believe this is the safest way to vent. Online is not safe and while you could type it into a Word document, a computer guy could resurrect it even if you delete it.
You will feel better once you get your feelings out. Just be sure to keep the journal in a safe place in case anyone finds out what you are doing.
