Happy Anniversary JoyReturns!!!!!
The first post was published 5 years ago today, so today’s post is in honor of all my readers whether you’ve just started following or were with me in the beginning.
My Dear Readers,
Because whether or not you are a widow, whether or not you are on the near or far side of grief, you believe in doing the work necessary to get through your grief journey.
You are not satisfied with dark, deary, depressing websites that reinforce the “Woe is me attitude.” You understand the serious issues need discussed but you do not want to stay down and out, you want to move forward with life, carrying the precious memory of your loved one with you.
If you are not grieving, you understand that grieving is important. You are willing to educate yourself about grief and widowhood by reading my grief, job search, and general life adventures.
Grievers and Non-Grievers
You love when I feel the need to share health tips such as this article about garlic,(please do not eat or drink while reading), this post about a healthy dessert and my series about musical motivation for Mondays, that was inspired by springing ahead.
Your prayers, positive thoughts and words of encouragement kept me going when times were tough.
You have just let me be me and blog about whatever is on my heart and soul not knowing what you will get when a post arrives in your mailbox or WordPress reader.
So I humbly thank everyone for your support and belief in JoyReturns and for accepting me as I am despite my imperfections and quirky sense of humor.
24 “‘“The Lord bless you
and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord turn his face toward you
and give you peace.”’
This is the fifth and final installment of the I.Believe.In.You. series based on Jeff Nischwitz’s 30 Day Blessing Challenge.
I hope you enjoyed this series and are telling the people in your life that you believe in them.
