Something New: June Edition

Welcome to the June edition of Something New, a series based on the following scripture:

Behold, I am doing a new thing;
    now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
I will make a way in the wilderness
    and rivers in the desert.

Isaiah 43:19 (ESV)

I wish I could say there were tons of new things happening in my life this month – but there were not.

The new in my life consists of still learning the relocation industry and the policies and procedures at work. I will not be proficient in this industry for awhile.

Jewelry Junkie

Once I got my first full paycheck I did purchase this bracelet from Bravelets.com. My nephew is part of the James Cancer Center cycling team, $10.00 from each purchase goes to cancer research. Each cyclist will be peddling 50 – 100 miles.

I wear the bracelet 24/7 as a reminder to “Be Brave” because

7 …God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

2 Timothy 1:7 (ESV)

It is with this verse in mind that I go bravely into a new month, not knowing what the “something(s) new” is that will happen in my life.

But whatever it is, God will be with me.

So here’s to the month of July and 31 blank slates.

May God bring “something new” and joyful in your life this month.
