Strengthening My Core

I am doing the 30 day plank challenge to strengthen my core muscles. At the time of this writing I am on day four.

While in position I pray for a Faithful Finish Lines friend who is dealing with health issues.

Praying takes my mind off the length of time I am in plank position and benefits the recipient of my prayer.

My routine is called

Pray and Plank

I guess you can say not only is my physical core being strengthened but so is my spiritual core.

So in Jesus’ name I pray and plank on!
