Dream

My thoughts are stampeding through my mind due to excitement caused by converting this site to .com from wordpress.com. (Obviously, life’s little things excite and bring me joy.)

Dream

My dream was to start a joyful looking blog where telling my adventures would help widows find encouragement and those not grieving would learn about grief.  The stories would not just be positive and uplifting but would include the bad times as well.

The blog’s message would be –

Even though I went through good, bad, and ugly adventures, my joy did return.

Goal

My goal was blog for a year, then review stats and comments and decide whether or not to continue blogging.

Well this site has been more successful than imagined, so I upgraded it yesterday.

Round-up

While I try to get my thoughts under control, I leave you ponder the following quote:

“The stars exist that we might know how high our dreams can soar.”

(From a journal entitled “Dreams” by Ellie Claire, gift and paper expression)

Blessed

God blessed me with a dream and helped me make it a reality.  Thank you God.

Your Dreams

So how high are your dreams soaring and what will you do this week to bring them one step closer to reality?

  1. What an inspiration you are! It seems that your blog is similar in goal to mine, to help others who have gone through a rough period and in doing so, help yourself as well. I hope one day to be able to say the same thing that you have.

How did your switch over to .com go? One word of advice – don’t forget to back up! 🙂

    1. Thank you Shari. I love your blog and the Jeremiah verse is one of my favorites. I say it over periodically as I am dealing with unemployment too. Grief and unemployment do not mix. Not everyone is willing to do the work necessary to get through a rough period and since you are, that make you an inspiration. God blessings to you and your family.

The switch over went well. It is in name only, WordPress is still doing the hosting and back up.

  2. You actually have to face GRIEVE to understand and appreciate JOY… then work though your DREAMS.. step by step… Michele, this is awesome…!!!
