Good and Evil
I felt the need to address the issue of good and evil again.
God does not cause pain and suffering in our lives because He is love.
God takes the bad things that happen and makes sure good comes from them.
It was evil that caused the blood vessels to rupture at the base of Joe’s brain. God saw what a mess evil had made and decided the best way to heal him was to have Joe move to heaven.
This decision was painful for those of us left behind but with God’s help we adjusted to life without Joe physically being here. He is and always will be forever in our hearts.
So when bad events happen in life, remember God did not cause them. He will see you through whatever evil has come your way.
Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with
My righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10
