For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.
While reading an update posted on local newscaster Stefani Schaefer’s Facebook Fan page, she mentioned her participation in a local day of prayer put together by a family friend. It is Wednesday August 1st, at 3 p.m. Eastern. Everyone is to stop and pray for 30 seconds regarding any situation needing prayer.
For more information go to millionprayers.org and while there get the free download of “I’ll Be There.” A song filled with hope, love and healing, inspired by the shooting at Chardon High School earlier this year. It has become the theme song of MillionPrayers.org and is beautifully written and sung.
While it was inspired by the shooting, the lyrics are applicable to anyone facing a challenging situation.
May listening to “I’ll Be There” bring you peace and comfort as it did me.
Now it is my turn to challenge you to also say a prayer on Wednesday August 1st, at 3 p.m. Eastern.
When we all unite in prayer, even virtually, we can move a whole mountain range.
I will be saying a prayer tomorrow at 3 p.m. Eastern, will you?
…“Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
